Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, you must cancel your order and request a refund prior to the 14 days before your experience. This is done from your account page or by emailing us at info@sens8oils.com.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software-based products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This will be the order confirmation email sent on purchase.

Once your return has been inspected and confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again in a few days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted which can vary bank-to-bank.

Please note that gift certificates are not eligible to be returned and refunded.
